We deliver island-wide across Singapore from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily.
Free delivery for orders $100 and above.
Orders below $100 will incur a $10 delivery fee.
Orders received before 2:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).
All seafood is packed fresh or frozen to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival.
Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery details.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our seafood, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing items, wrong products, or quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
