Ordering & Payment
- Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or email.
- Prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Full payment is required before delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Late cancellations may incur charges as seafood is prepared fresh for each order.
Liability
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events such as extreme weather, traffic conditions, or logistics disruptions.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
